Frisco Bay Marina Opens Just in Time for Memorial Day Weekend

On Friday, May 24, 2024, the Frisco Bay Marina kicks off summer operations with a variety of paddle sport and powerboat rental options and the opening of the boat ramp for the summer 2024 season. Guests can choose from captained pontoon boat rentals, powerboats, fishing boats, and paddle sports including kayaks, canoes, and pedal boats. Stand-up paddle boards are not yet available to rent this early in the season. The Island Grill will also be open daily starting Friday, May 24, from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm, weather-permitting.

Marina Hours

The Frisco Bay Marina will be open seven days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with extended hours starting on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Parking

Paid parking at all Frisco Bay Marina lots starts on Friday, May 24, 2024 and continues through Monday, September 2, 2024, seven days a week from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The first 30 minutes are free of charge, but drivers must still use the QR code or payment kiosks at the Frisco Bay Marina to enter their license plate to take advantage of the first 30 minutes of free parking and to pay for any additional time.

Located on the shores of Dillon Reservoir at the eastern end of Frisco Main Street, the Frisco Bay Marina is where lake life meets quintessential mountain town. At just over 9,000 feet in elevation, this certified clean marina is an ideal access point to Dillon Reservoir. The Frisco Bay Marina rents pontoon and fishing boats, kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, and fishing poles from late May through the end of September. The Marina also boasts a 400-foot sandy beach, sailing lessons, kayak tours, a water taxi service between Frisco and Dillon, a rowing club, and dining at the Island Grill.
